Dick Enberg was a constant presence at the All England Club, serving as the play-by-play man at Wimbledon for NBC in 1979 and from 1981 through 1999. Presented here is a collection of 12 Wimbledon memorabilia personally owned by the legendary broadcaster. The first item in this lot is an 8 x 12-inch photograph signed by Mary Pierce in black marker. She inscribed “To Dick [and] Barbara / Best Wishes!!”. This photograph comes in a 9.5 x 13.5-inch frame. The second signed item is a 1992 Wimbledon Compendium. Enberg has signed the cover in green marker and inscribed “(NBC)”. The first page of the compendium has been signed in black pen by Martina Navratilova and in blue pen by Chris Evert. Other items in this lot include a Roland Garros hardcover book and Wimbledon bags from 1994, 1995, 1997, 1998, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008, and 2009. The signed items in this lot come with a COA from JSA (AA82287, AA82288) while the lot also comes with a LOA from the Enberg family.
