Offered in this lot are 20 photos all signed by the men behind the atomic bomb mission including Colonel Paul Tibbetts who flew the Enola Gay over Hiroshima. Also included is the co-pilot for the Bockscar Lieutenant Colonel Frederick J. Olivi and “The Great Artiste” Charles D. Arbury who also co-piloted the Bockscar over Nagasaki. Other than pilots the majority of the photos are of flight engineers assigned to the Hiroshima and Nagasaki missions. All of the photos are in black and white except for the one of the Bockscar.
