The first cap was worn by Paul Goldschmidt on October 3rd, 2015 at Chase Field against the Houston Astros. “Goldie” finished 2-3 in this game, cranking a solo home run off Astros reliever Will Harris in the eighth inning. This was the 32nd homer of the season for Goldschmidt and the 115th of his career. This offered cap is black, with a Diamondbacks “A” logo sewn on the front and a MLB logo sewn on the back. Goldschmidt’s number “44” is handwritten in black marker inside this size 7 3/8 hat. This hat comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ 931625).

The second cap in this lot is authenticated as “team issued” to number “21” on the Diamondbacks during the 2016 MLB season. Zack Greinke wore “21” during the 2016 season. Greinke had a solid season in 2016, finishing 13-7 and winning his third career Gold Glove award. This cap has a Diamondbacks “A” logo accented with teal sewn on the front of the cap and an MLB logo sewn on the back. Greinke’s number “21” is handwritten in silver marker on the underside of the brim on this size 7 3/8 cap. This cap comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (HZ 637953) authenticating the hat as “team issued”, a common designation given to any item collected after the regular season ends.
