Presented is a lot of (2) signed items are the signatures of boxing legends Jack Dempsey, Muhammad Ali, Larry Holmes and promoter Don King.  The first item Dempsey has signed and inscribed “To Lillian Best Always from Jack Dempsey” in black ink across the front of his photo on the front cover of a 5 ½ x 10 ½-inch brown paper, six-page menu from his New York City restaurant, Jack Dempsey Broadway Bar & Cocktail Lounge Restaurant. This item comes with a COA from JSA (DD48188)

The next item in this lot has been signed and inscribed by Muhammad Ali, Larry Holmes and Don King on the back cover of the program book for a testimonial dinner for Holmes, held at Lafayette College in Easton, PA on July 29, 1978.  Ali has signed at the right side of the back cover in blue ballpoint pen; King and Holmes have signed at the left side of the back cover in black marker.  There is also an inscription from former boxer Tony Galento, Earnee Butler, and referee Lark Clayton.  Jack Dempsey was world heavyweight boxing champion from 1919 to 1926. Ali was a leading heavyweight boxer of the 20th century, and he remains the only three-time champion of that division. His joint records of beating 21 boxers for the world heavyweight title and winning 14 unified title bouts stood for 35 years. Holmes, whose left jab is rated among the best in boxing history, held the WBC heavyweight title from 1978 to 1983, The Ring magazine and lineal heavyweight titles from 1980 to 1985, and the inaugural IBF heavyweight title from 1983 to 1985. He made 20 successful title defenses.  This item comes with a full LOA from JSA (BB21981).
