Presented is a lot of two single-signed baseball bats from two superstars of the New York Yankees recent past, shortstop Derek Jeter and third baseman Alex Rodriguez. The first item in this lot is an Alex Rodriguez signature and inscription in blue marker on the barrel of an Old Hickory 33.5 PRO AROD 13 Alex Rodriguez model bat. The Yankees slugger has inscribed “Bronx Bombers” below his signature. This bat is inscribed “19/113” in black pen below the signature and inscription. In his 22-season MLB career,  Rodriguez amassed a .295 batting average, over 600 career home runs (696), over 2,000 runs batted in (RBI), over 2,000 runs scored, over 3,000 hits, and over 300 stolen bases, the only player in MLB history to achieve all of those feats. This item comes with a COA from Rodriguez (1133). The second item in this lot is a Derek Jeter signature in silver marker on the barrel of a black wood Louisville Slugger Jeter-model bat. Jeter was the 28th player to reach 3,000 hits and finished his career ranked sixth in MLB history in career hits and first among shortstops. In 2017, the Yankees retired his uniform number 2.
