Offered in this lot are two items signed by the late New York Yankees playoff hero Don Larsen. Larsen threw the only perfect game in World Series history during the 1956 Fall Classic between the Brooklyn Dodgers and Yankees, sitting down 27 consecutive Dodgers in Game 5. The first item in this lot is a 1956 World Series program signed on the cover by Don Larsen in fine-tip black marker. Larsen inscribed “1956 World Series Perfect Game 5 / Monday, October 8, 1956 1:05 pm / Yankee Stadium” below his signature.

The second item in this lot is a unique canvas with a one-of-a-kind handwritten box score of Larsen’s perfect game. The box scores for both teams are included. Larsen signed the top of this canvas in fine-tip black marker with the inscription “1956 World Series Perfect Game 5 vs. Brooklyn Dodgers / Monday October 8, 1956 1:05pm” above the box scores. These items are accompanied by a JSA COA and a JSA LOA.
