Offered is a lot of two Ken Griffey Jr. signed items, including a framed photo display and a Seattle Mariners batting helmet. The first item in this lot is a Ken Griffey Jr. signature on a Seattle Mariners batting helmet. The Hall of Fame outfielder has signed his name in silver marker to the left of the Mariners logo decal on the front of the navy-blue and teal hard plastic helmet. “The Kid” broke into the majors with the Mariners in 1989. While playing with Seattle, Griffey was a 10-time American League Gold Glove winner, the 1992 All-Star Game MVP, 1997 AL MVP, 1998 ESPY co-winner for Male Athlete of the Year, 1999 Players Choice Awards Player of the Decade (by the players), and was named to the All-Century team in 1999. This item comes with a LOA from JSA(BB14033).

The second item in this lot is a Ken Griffey Jr. signature on a limited edition color “triptych” photograph print of the Baseball Hall of Famer swinging a bat in his home Seattle Mariners during the 1997 MLB season (indicated by the “Jackie Robinson 50th Anniversary” logo patch on his right shoulder).

In 1997, Griffey led the Mariners to the AL West crown and captured the American League Most Valuable Player Award, hitting .304, with 56 home runs and 147 RBIs. There are three images of Griffey in three stages of his swing in motion at the center of the image. Griffey has signed his name in silver marker in the upper left corner of the 16 x 20-inch photograph. The photo is mounted in a gray paper matte with a teal border, within a 20 x 24-inch black metal frame with glass. The photo is inscribed “227/500” in silver marker in the lower right corner. This item comes with a COA from Upper Deck Authenticated (BAF49421).
