Michael Jackson cleaned up at the 1984 Grammy Awards, winning a record eight Grammys, including for Record of the Year (“Beat It”) and Album of the Year (Thriller). Offered here are two photographs of Jackson at the 1984 Grammys accepting his awards. He is wearing a sequined military jacket, looking every inch the “King of Pop”. Jackson has signed one photo in silver marker and one photograph in black marker. Both photographs measure approximately 19 x 13 inches and come with individual LOAs from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (A89890, A89891).
