Presented here are two books, The Biographical Encyclopedia of the Negro Baseball Leagues by James A. Riley and Voices From the Great Black Baseball Leagues by John Holway, containing over 20 signatures from Negro Leagues stars. The Biographical Encyclopedia has been signed by Double Duty Radcliffe, Buck O’Neil, Lee Moody, Verdell “Lefty” Mathis, Sherwood Brewer, Riley Stewart, Bill Beverly, Josh Johnson, Cowan “Bubba” Hyde, Bobby Robinson, JC Hartman, and one more. The signatures have been written on the cover page in blue fine-tip marker and black pen. This signed book comes with a LOA from JSA.
The second book, Voices From the Great Black Baseball Leagues, has been signed by the Hall of Famers Monte Irvin, Buck Leonard, and Larry Doby, as well as Minnie Minoso, Don Newcombe, Verdell “Lefty” Mathis, Gene Benson, Bob Boyd, Gene Baker, Leon Day, Double Duty Radcliffe, and Frank Duncan. The signatures have been written in blue pen and blue fine-tip marker on the cover page. Additionally, John Holway has signed and inscribed this tome. This signed book comes with a LOA from JSA.
