Presented here are two Philadelphia Flyers lithographs, one of which features five signatures, that originates from the personal collection of Orest Kindrachuk. Kindrachuk was a key member of the famed “Broad Street Bullies” Philadelphia Flyers teams of the early 1970s, anchoring a fearsome third-line with his pugnacious teammates Dave “The Hammer” Schultz and Don “Big Bird” Saleski. Kindrachuk made a two-game cameo appearance during the 1972-73 season but played a crucial role for the Flyers during their back-to-back Stanley Cup winning years in 1974 and 1975, scoring 72 points between the two seasons. Kindrachuk played six seasons for the Flyers before a trade sent him to the Pittsburgh Penguins, where he served as the team’s captain for three campaigns. Kindrachuk retired after spending the 1981-82 season with the Washington Capitals.
The first lithograph measures 36 x 24 inches, and has been signed by the Hall of Famers Ed Snider, Bill Barber, Bernie Parent, and Bobby Clarke, and one other. This item comes with a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (A84413). The second lithograph is unsigned. They come with a LOA from Orest Kindrachuk.
