Offered in this lot are three game used bats by New York Mets pitchers from their National League Championship Series appearance in 1988. The first bat is an Adirondack/Rawlings 460B model bat that was used by pitcher Roger McDowell. This bat displays light use and is un-cracked. There are ball marks on the barrel and McDowell’s number “42” is hand written in black marker on the knob. McDowell has signed this bat in blue marker on the barrel. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B14914) for the game use and a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (E84998). The next bat in this lot was used by Randy Myers. Myers’ bat is an Adirondack/Rawlings 453A model bat that displays light use and is un-cracked. There are black bat rack streaks on the barrel and Myers’ number “48” is hand written in black marker on the knob and top barrel, along with what appears the number “50”. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B13125). The final bat in this lot was used by Rick Aguilera. This Adirondack/Rawlings 155B model bat was made game ready for Aguilera. There are black bat rack streaks on the barrel and Aguilera’s number “15” is hand written in black marker on the knob and cupped barrel. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B13126).
