This was Derek Jeter’s final game at Yankee Stadium, and he celebrated by driving in the winning run in the bottom of the ninth to clinch a 6-5 walk off win for the Yanks. McCann had a productive night, going 0-3 but driving in two runs on a sac fly and an error.

The offered jersey is a white button-down with navy pinstripes and the Yankees interlocking “NY” logo sewn on the left chest in navy tackle twill. McCann’s number “34” is sewn on the back of the jersey in navy tackle twill. A MLB logo patch is sewn on the back outside collar. A Derek Jeter patch is sewn on the left sleeve. A Majestic tag with attached size “48” and “2014” flags is sewn on the front left tail of this jersey. Dirt stains are present throughout this jersey. Also included are McCann’s home pants from the September 25th contest. A Majestic tag with “34 MCCANN 37-45 38 OB C ‘14” printed on it is sewn on the back inside waistband.
