Presented is a lot of three Los Angeles Dodgers signed and multi-signed baseball bats, including Dodgers pitcher Orel Hershiser and the 1981 and 1988 Dodgers World Series Championship teams. The first item in this lot is an Orel Hershiser signature on a Louisville Slugger W248 Orel Hershiser model baseball bat. The former Dodgers righthanded pitcher has signed his name in black marker on the barrel of the bat. His uniform number, 55, is inscribed on the end of the bat and on the bottom of the handle in black marker. The second item in this lot is a multi-signed Rawlings Adirondack bat with 24 Dodgers signatures in blue marker. The barrel of the bat is engraved “1981 World Champions the Los Angeles Dodgers” in black. Among the notable signatures are Steve Garvey, Jay Johnston, Dusty Baker, Davey Lopes, Bill Russell, Steve Howe, Jerry Reuss, Ron Cey, Steve Sax and Ron Roenicke, among others. The third item in this lot is a multi-signed Rawlings Adirondack bat with 30 Dodgers signatures in blue marker. The barrel of the bat is engraved “1988 World Champions the Los Angeles Dodgers” in black. Notable signatures include owner Peter O’Malley, Hall of Famers Tommy Lasorda and Don Sutton, Orel Hershiser, Steve Sax, Rick Dempsey, Bill Russell, Mickey Hatcher and Fernando Valenzuela.
