Offered in this lot are three items signed by the great Mickey Mantle. Mantle’s distinctive signature has been signed on this “SPORT” magazine dated July, 1966. The magazine has a close-up of a smiling Mantle with the Yankee Stadium façade in right field as the backdrop. Mantle’s signature and “No. 7” inscription have been penned in bold blue marker and has been authenticated with a LOA and graded a perfect “10” by PSA/DNA (AA06073). The second item that has been signed and inscribed by Mantle in bold blue marker is the June 1991 issue of Beckett Baseball Card Monthly. This cover shows a rendering of Joe DiMaggio and Mantle side by side on one knee with the Yankee Stadium bleachers in the background. This signature comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (AA06103). The final item in this lot is an 8 x 10 inch black and white photograph of Mantle in his road Yankees uniform. Mantle signed his name in blue marker across the center of the photograph.
