Bush inscription and signature on a 12 x 16-inch ivory cardstock card with a color print of a White House fireplace decorated for Christmas with two yellow arm chairs. The 43rd president of the U.S. has inscribed “To Sam Thanks! With very best wishes George Bush” in black marker across the top of the official 2003 White House Christmas card, which is mounted in a 13 x 17-inch ivory paper folio with the U.S. seal inscribed on front. The second item in this lot is a George W. Bush inscription on a 12 x 16-inch ivory cardstock card with a color print of the White House balcony with Christmas wreaths on the wrought iron grills overlooking the Washington Monument. Bush has inscribed “To Sam with very best wishes George Bush” in black marker below the print, while First Lady Laura Bush has signed her name, also in black marker, to the right of the president. The 2008 White House holiday card is mounted in a 13 x 17-inch ivory folio with the U.S. seal inscribed on front. The third item in this lot is a George W. Bush inscription and signature in black marker on a 12 x 16-inch white cardstock card with a color print of a painting of the front of the White House with snow on the ground and in a tree while two small black terriers sit at the bottom right and a black cat runs across center left. The president has inscribed “To Sam – all our best wishes George Bush” in black marker, while Laura Bush has signed her name in black marker to the right of her husband.
