Offered is a lot of three of Tom Gola’s personal effects including one Zippo lighter and two wrist watches. The first item in this lot is a men’s silver metal bracelet-style wristwatch with a gold face featuring the logo for the 1986 Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Tip-Off Classic in Springfield, Massachusetts. The logo features the legend “Tip-Off Classic” in blue type over the orange, black, white and blue logo at the center, with the legend “Springfield, MA. 1986” below the logo in blue type. The face, second hand and number “indicator” lines are in gold metal, with luminous hour and minute hands and a red and blue day and date dial at the “3 o’clock” position. The reverse of the watch case is inscribed “Tom Gola”. The second item in this lot is a Philadelphia Big 5 Hall of Fame wristwatch with a brown leather wrist band. The silver metal watch face features the early 2000s Philadelphia Big 5 logo in black and red at the center. The reverse of the watch case is inscribed “Tom Gola Hall of Fame”.  The third item in this lot is a vintage 1960’s Zippo lighter, with a clear plastic base and a silver metal cap and flint. Inside the clear plastic base is a white paper card, printed on one side in blue and red with the caption “N.B. A. East-West All-Stars Jan. 14, 1964 Boston Garden”, and on the reverse with a cartoon of two basketball players in blue. This lot comes with a LOA from the Gola family.
