Presented here is a set of four basketballs signed by Boston Celtics Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Famers. The first ball was signed by Bob Cousy, a point guard and the 1957 NBA MVP. Cousy and Bill Russell combined to form the backbone of the Celtics dynasty in the late 1950s and early 1960s. He finished his career with averages of 18.4 points and 7.5 assists per game. Cousy signed this ball in black Sharpie. This ball comes with a JSA COA (M62322)

The second ball was signed by John Havlicek, an eight-time NBA champion for the Celtics. A small forward, “Hondo” was a disruptive force on defense and an equally adept offensive player. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1984. He signed this ball in black Sharpie, inscribing “HOF 84” underneath his signature. This ball comes with a Steiner Sports COA.

The third ball was signed by Dave Cowens , the 1972-73 MVP and a member of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. An eight-time All-Star, Cowens played all but one of his 11 seasons for the Celtics. He signed this ball in black Sharpie, adding the inscription “Keep Hustling!” above his signature. This ball comes with a JSA COA (M62321).

The final ball was signed by Red Auerbach, the longtime Celtic coach and the architect of their first dynasty. Auerbach held the reins in Boston from 1950 to 1966, winning a staggering nine NBA finals. As an executive with the Celtics, he would preside over seven more titles. He signed this ball in black Sharpie. This item comes with a LOA from JSA (Y75632).
