Offered are signatures of four United States Presidents – Jimmy Carter, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush. Carter, the 39th President of the United States (1977-1981) has signed a white 3 x 5 inch cut paper (from a page in one of his books, based on the printing on the reverse) in black ink. The cut paper has been encapsulated by PSA/DNA (83869018).

     The 41st President of the United States (1989-1992) has signed a white 2 x 3 ½ inch cut card in blue ink “George Bush.” The card has been encapsulated by PSA/DNA (83869002).

     Clinton, the 42nd President (1993-2001), has signed a ¾ x 3 inch white cut paper in blue ink “Bill Clinton,” and has been encapsulated by PSA/DNA (83967004). The 43rd President of the United States (2001-2009) has signed “Best Wishes George Bush” in black marker on a white 1 ¾ x 3 ½ inch cut paper slip (an image of a black and white photograph is on the reverse). Bush’s signature and inscription have been encapsulated by PSA/DNA (83974379).
