This was also the final All-Star game appearance for the man who was awarded seven trips to the All-Star Game as a player and another seven as a coach. As a memento from this very special occasion in Randolph’s career he acquired these five All Star Game baseballs and had them signed by members of his American League Squad. The first baseball in this offering contains 28 signatures and includes Hall of Famers and Future Hall of Famers Mariano Rivera, Vladimir Guerrero, Ichiro Suzuki, Derek Jeter, David Ortiz, Joe Torre, CC Sabathia, and Ivan Rodriguez. The baseball also includes superstars Alex Rodriguez, Hideki Matsui, and Gary Sheffield. The baseball comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (MR653996).
The second baseball in the group has been signed by 29 members of the 2004 American League All Star team. The signatures include Ichiro Suzuki, Derek Jeter, Alex Rodriguez, Mariano Rivera, Joe Torre, Ivan Rodriguez, Jason Giambi, Hideki Matsui, CC Sabathia, Gary Sheffield, Alfonso Soriano and many others. The baseball comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (MR653993). The third baseball has been signed by 27 Members of the 2004 American League All Star team including Ichiro Suzuki, David Ortiz, Derek Jeter, Mariano Rivera, Joe Torre, Gary Sheffield, Ivan Rodriguez, Vladimir Guerrero, Hideki Matsui and many others. The fourth baseball in the lot has been signed by 28 members of the 2004 AL All Star team and includes Ichiro Suzuki, Derek Jeter, Alex Rodriguez, Mariano Rivera, David Ortiz, Joe Torre, Ivan Rodriguez, Jason Giambi, Hideki Matsui, CC Sabathia, Gary Sheffield, Alfonso Soriano and many others. The ball has an MLB Authenticated hologram (MR653994). The fifth and final baseball in this collection is very similar to the other four and includes 28 signatures as well and includes Ichiro Suzuki, Derek Jeter, Alex Rodriguez, Mariano Rivera, David Ortiz, Joe Torre, Ivan Rodriguez, Jason Giambi, Hideki Matsui, CC Sabathia, Gary Sheffield, Alfonso Soriano amongst others. The baseball comes with an MLB Authenticated hologram (MR653999). It’s important to note that the MLB Authentication on each ball only covers nine of the signatures. The baseballs have some logos fading, with minor toning but for the most part have very legible signatures and will come with an additional letter of authentication from Willie Randolph.
