Ken Griffey Jr. was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2016 after a 22-season career that saw the Seattle Mariners legend crush 630 home runs and claim the 1997 American League MVP award. “The Kid” was inducted into the Hall of Fame on his first ballot, garnering 437 of a possible 440 votes to break Tom Seaver’s long-standing record. Offered in this lot are five encapsulated Griffey Hall of Fame plaques with inserts signed by Griffey himself. The signatures are all written in blue pen. These five plaques have all been authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA (83973075, 83973076, 83973077, 83973078, 83973079).
