Offered in this lot are seven game use bats from Chicago Cubs’ players. The first bat was used by Aramis Ramirez. This bat is a SAM Bat and displays outstanding use and is un-cracked. There are ball marks on the barrel and a heavy coating of pine tar on the handle and lower barrel. Ramirez’s number “16” is handwritten in silver marker on the knob. The next bat is a Louisville Slugger C271 model used by Mark DeRosa. This un-cracked bat displays outstanding game use with marks on the barrel and Mota Stick on the handle. The next bat is an Old Hickory 34.5 PRO DS2 model bat used by Derrek Lee. Lee’s bat displays outstanding game use, is un-cracked and has ball marks, checking or grain swelling from repeated ball contact and blue ink transfers on the barrel, with a light coating of pine tar on the handle.

The next bat was used by Alfonso Soriano. This Rideau Crusher AS12 model bat displays heavy game use and is un-cracked with ball marks and ink transfers on the barrel, a coating of pine tar on the lower barrel and white tape in a spiral pattern on the handle to enhance the grip. Soriano’s number “12” is handwritten in black marker on the knob and Soriano has signed his name in black marker on the barrel. The next bat is a Louisville Slugger I13 model bat used by Geovany Soto and displays excellent game use. The bat is un-cracked and has ball marks, blue ink transfers and white leather scuffs on the barrel, along with large cleat imprints. The next bat is was used by Matt Garza and is a Mizuno GS18-LDM Pro Model bat. This bat displays heavy game use with ball marks, black bat rack streaks and blue ink transfers on the barrel. Garza’s number “22” is stamped on the knob. The final bat in this lot was used by Ryan Theriot. This Louisville Slugger C271 bat is un-cracked and displays solid game use with ball marks, stitch impressions and blue ink transfers on the barrel. This entire lot has been pre-certified by PSA/DNA for the game use.
