Michael Phelps broke a 36 year old Olympic record at the 2008 Beijing Games by winning eight gold medals in a single Olympics. His record setting performance landed him on the August 25th, 2008 cover of Sports Illustrated. Offered here is an 18" x 24" print of that cover that has been signed in bold, blue Sharpie by Phelps. The signature has been authenticated by PSA/DNA # U69532.
