At the height of the Chicago Bulls NBA dynasty the 1996-97 Bulls just missed becoming the only team in NBA history to record back-to-back 70 win seasons, settling for a tie with the 1971-72 Los Angeles Lakers for the second best all time record at 69-13, and the team’s fifth NBA championship in seven years, while “His Airness” Michael Jordan won the eighth of his record 10 scoring titles.
This like-new, 10K yellow gold Jostens salesman’s sample, replica-model of the Chicago Bulls 1996-1997 championship ring contains Jordan’s name engraved in raised lettering above a relief of five Larry O’Brien NBA championship trophies and his number 23 on the right shank with “World Champions Team of the Decade” and a background relief of the United Center with an overlapping “96-97” NBA logo. Interior band is engraved: “Property of Jostens Not For Resale” “10KY” and also contains the numbers “100418” and “8830-0” This size 11.5, 45- gram ring features a Bulls’ head logo constructed of Moissanite gem stones with silver horns on its top and is contained in a black velvet jewelry box.
