With 536 career home runs, plus a record 18 more in the World Series, Mickey Mantle clearly possessed one of the greatest home run swings ever. Artist and sculptor Chris Brown has done a masterful job of capturing the moment, casting this 22½ inch tall bronze statue of Mantle stepping forward to launch into that glorious left-handed swing. The statue has been set on a marble base measuring 11 x 21 inches, with a gold plaque fastened to the front of the base reading “Mickey Mantle by Chris Brown”. This impressive piece weighs in at a whopping 74 pounds, and would make a great addition to any collection.
