Gene Tenace wore this green and yellow Oakland Athletics cap during the mid-1970’s. Tenace, the 1972 World Series MVP, played with the A’s from 1969 to 1976. This cap shows excessive wear, including tears, moth holes, staining on the brim, and a damaged brim. Tenace’s number “18” is written on the underside of the brim of this size 6 7/8 cap. This cap comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
