The rivalry of Joe Frazier and Muhammad Ali was everything a heavyweight rivalry should have been. The ferocity of these two men inside of the ring was only matched in fervor and intensity by their rivalry outside of it. Ali and Frazier fought three unforgettable fights, The Fight of the Century, Ali-Frazier II, and The Thrilla in Manila. This 16 x 20 inch black and white photograph is from the third fight, The Thrilla in Manila. The fight took place in 1975 in the Philippines, and ended in a 14th round TKO of Frazier, pushing Ali’s record in the series to two victories and one defeat. This photograph shows Ali landing a right hand to the face of Frazier during the fight. Ali signed this photograph in silver Sharpie. This item comes with a PSA/DNA LOA (4A02911).
