Presented here is an autgrophed piece of boxing great Muhammad Ali, by famed artist LeRoy Neiman. This particular piece features several depictions of Ali’s movements illustrated through simple painted lines, to more sophisticated images that include a mix of intricate line work and brown paint. Ali has signed his first name in black ink towards the center of one of his images, over his boxing trunks and his last name on the bottom left corner. Inscribed at the bottom of this work is “gliding, supple, lithe, agile, capering, graceful, bounding, enigmatic, Bora Louisville Ky”. This piece is matted and framed standing 26 x 18 inches, and also features a cut at the bottom of the image signed by LeRoy Neiman. This piece comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (AB11599).
