Presented is an original piece featuring the late, great Muhammad Ali. Arguably one of the most polarizing figures in boxing history, Muhammad Ali captured the hearts of many during his reign over the heavyweight division in the 1960’s and 1970’s. No stranger to controversy, Ali would capture media attention both in and out of the rings for not only his antics, but strong beliefs in the black empowerment movements of the 20th century. This piece displays one of the most famous snapshots of Ali, as he stands with his right arm flexed, views over the fallen Sonny Liston. This piece mirrors the original famous photograph of Ali standing over a fallen Liston, however has an artistic and colorful flare to it. Artist Bill Lopa has autographed this piece on the bottom left in silver ink. This piece is on canvas with a wood backing stands 30 x 40 inches.
