Presented here is a photograph of Muhammad Ali standing over Sonny Liston at the end of their 1965 fight in Lewiston, Maine. A rematch of their fight a year prior, Ali knocked the former champion out barely two minutes into the fight. Ali refused to go back to his corner immediately, and before he did was photographed pumping his fist over the prone Liston. This photograph became an indelible image, and one of the pictures most associated with the life and career of Ali. This photograph measures 11 x 13 inches and comes in an 18 ½ x 21 inch frame. This item comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (U05757).
