Signatures on this white helmet include Johnny Unitas, Don Shula, Ray Nitschke, Terry Bradshaw, Joe Namath, Gale Sayers, Tony Dorsett, Len Dawson, Bob Griese, Ted Hendricks, Jim Langer, Jack Ham, Fran Tarkenton, Bob Lilly, Larry Little, Raymond Berry, Steve Van Buren, Larry Csonka, Gino Marchetti, John Henry Johnson, Marion Motley, Dwight Stephenson, Yale Lary, Ollie Matson, Lou Groza, Dick Butkus, and several others. The signatures have been written in black marker, with virtually every signatory adding an inscription of their Hall of Fame induction year. Please note that several signatures display a degree of smudging. This helmet comes with a LOA from JSA.
