Great players in their prime, the trio of Dwight Gooden, Daryl Strawberry and Lenny Dykstra were instrumental in the success of the 1986 New York Mets, who were World Series Champions. They were also known for their off-field issues and this offered blue pullover jersey celebrates the “Bad Boys” of Gooden, Strawberry and Dykstra. The front of this size XL jersey has “Mets” and “86” sewn on in gray and orange tackle twill. The back of the jersey has “BAD BOYS” and “86” sewn on in the same gray and orange tackle twill. All three former Mets have signed their name on the “8” on the back in blue marker with Dykstra on the top run, Strawberry on the middle run and Gooden on the bottom rung. Each have inscribed their respective nicknames on the “6” with “NAILS”, “STRAW” and “Dr. K” from top to bottom. The collar and sleeves are capped with orange/gray/orange striping.
