The crisp signature of the legendary aviator Orville Wright is displayed in this 17 x 19-inch framed collage. Wright, who piloted the first flight of the famed Wright Flyer at Kitty Hawk in 1903, has signed the included cut in crisp black fountain pen. Wright, a native of Dayton, Ohio, remained active in aeronautics until his death in the late 1940’s. This cut is displayed below the famous “First Flight” photograph showing Orville piloting the Wright Flyer above the North Carolina sand dunes. Wright’s signature has been graded an exceptional MINT 9 by PSA/DNA (AE07854).
