Barack Obama, the 44th President of the United States, has signed this handwritten note on White House stationary. The note is in response to a letter from a Texan constituent in 2011 referring to Obama's health care and jobs plans. Obama's response reads "Laurie - Thanks for the letter. We're going to keep working on the health care exchanges to help on the affordability issue, and our Jobs Bill provides strong incentives for companies to hire the long-term unemployed. We just need to keep pushing Congress!" Obama has signed and penned the letter in fine-tip black marker. This historic document from a sitting president comes with a LOA from JSA.
