Sometimes an actor can become typecast in the role of a character, especially in the science fiction and horror genres. Robert Englund has embraced the respect his fans have for the character of Freddy Krueger, the serial killer he has portrayed in eight films starting with 1984’s “A Nightmare on Elm Street.” The horrifically scarred, razor-clawed Krueger, as portrayed by Englund, is depicted in this 15 ½ x 19 ½ color canvas reproduction of a painting of the character. Englund has inscribed “Sleep Kills! ‘Freddy’ K Robert Englund” in silver marker in the lower left side of the painting. This item comes with a COA from Beckett Authentication (Q53448).
