Offered is the signature and inscription of former U.S. Navy Seal Robert O’Neill, “the man who killed Bin Laden,” on a Usama Bin Laden “FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitive” poster.  To the left of the black and white head and shoulder photograph of Bin Laden, O’Neill has inscribed “NEVER QUIT!” in blue marker with his signature below, also in blue marker.  The 8½ x 13-inch white paper poster has the headline “WANTED BY THE FBI” in white type on a red background across the top, and the name “USAMA BIN LADEN” In red type above his photograph.  Additional text is printed in red and black.  O’Neill is reputed to have fired the shot or shots that killed Osama bin Laden during a raid on his compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan on May 1, 2011. O'Neill retired from the U.S. Navy in 2012 following 16 years of service. His 52 decorations include two Silver Stars, four Bronze Star Medals with Valor device, three Presidential Unit Citations, and two Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals with Valor device.
