Roberto Alomar is considered by some to be the best 2nd baseman in baseball history. During his career, Alomar won 10 Gold Glove awards, the most ever by a second baseman. He was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2011, in only his second year of eligibility. Offered here is an Alomar un-cracked black Louisville slugger model P72 from the 2002 season with the New York Mets. The bats show heavy game use, including ball marks, ink transfers, cleat marks and donut ring impressions. Roberto's 12 is written on both ends of the bat in silver pen. Additionally, the bat is signed perfectly in silver paint pen on the barrel. Both the signature and bat are authenticated by PSA/DNA, with the bat assigned a PSA G/U 10, the highest grade possible. A better Alomar bat, you will not find.
