In 1973, the legendary Canadian jockey Ron Turcotte steered Secretariat to a historic Triple Crown victory. Picking up massive wins in the Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes, and Belmont Stakes atop Secretariat, Turcotte formed a legacy as one of the greatest jockeys of the 20th century. This offered 17 x 23 frame piece has two matted photographs signed by Turcotte. The first photo shows the start of the 1973 Belmont Stakes and Turcotte has signed his name in blue marker inscribing “Good Start”. The second photo shows Secretariat cruising to his historic 31-length victory with Turcotte looking over his shoulder. He signed this photo in blue marker and inscribed “Great finish. Each signed photograph comes with an individual COA from JSA (S26873 and S26834).
