The Hall of Fame pitcher has signed his name in black marker on the lower front left of the white Cooperstown Collection Mitchell & Ness replica jersey, below his red number “32” and the blue “Dodgers” script across the front. Koufax has inscribed “1963/1965 WS MVP 1963 NL MVP 1963, 1965, 1966 CY 4 NO HITTERS HOF 1972” below his signature. The inscription “7/32” is in black marker below Koufax’s signature and inscription. The six-button front jersey has “1963 Sandy Koufax” embroidered in red on the lower right side of the jersey, and a blue felt “32” on the back.
