The Hall of Fame leftfielder Ted Williams has signed this Hillerich & Bradsby W166 model bat. Williams, a lifelong Red Sox star, is the most recent MLB player to hit over .400 in a single season, reaching a mark of .406 in 1941. Williams hit 521 homers in his career despite missing multiple seasons of his prime to serve in the United States military. Williams retired after the 1960 season, and in 1966 was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame on the first ballot. Williams has signed the barrel of this bat in blue marker. This item comes with a LOA from JSA (Z65974).
