Before Kareem Abdul-Jabbar starred for the Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Lakers, the graceful center dominated college basketball for three seasons at UCLA. Abdul-Jabbar won the national title in each of his three seasons and earned almost every individual recognition possible. Over his three seasons in Westwood, the New York native averaged 26.4 points and 15.5 rebounds per game as the Bruins star and team leader. Offered here is Abdul-Jabbar’s 1968 Look Magazine All America Team certificate. This 14 x 12-inch certificate is printed with “The 1968 Look Magazine Basketball Writers Association All America Team” and “Lew Alcindor / UCLA”. This certificate has been signed in blue pen by the sports editor of Look, Gerald Astor. This certificate comes with a LOA signed by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar himself.
