Tom Brady led the New England Patriots to their second Super Bowl title at the end of the 2003 NFL season. Facing the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl XXXVIII, Brady threw for 354 yards and three scores in the Patriots 32-29 victory. Adam Vinatieri sealed the win by nailing a 41-yard field goal with four seconds left in the fourth quarter at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas.
