The Hall of Fame running back Walter Payton has signed and inscribed this vintage 8 x 10-inch Webster Industries publicity photograph. Payton retired as the leading rusher in NFL history, with 16,726 yards gained on the ground, as well as a Super Bowl championship ring from Chicago’s dominant win over the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XX. The nine-time Pro Bowler and 1997 NFL MVP was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1993. Payton has signed this black-and-white photograph in blue marker, inscribing “From a Fan of a Fan” below his signature. This item comes with a COA from JSA, however the photo of Payton signing was digitally sent to us and the lot will not come with the photo of Payton singing.
