Heavyweights have always been the most intriguing, electrifying, and inspiring class of boxers. Legends like Muhammad Ali, Joe Frazier, and George Foreman fought like men possessed, exchanging thunderous punches while moving at lightning speed. Heavyweight championship fights, like The Fight of the Century and the Thrilla in Manila, have gone down in boxing history as master classes of the sport.
This poster, which measures 33 x 44 inches, shows five of the greatest heavyweight champions to ever lace up their gloves. Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier, two fighters who epitomize what it means to be the Heavyweight Champion of the World, are pictured seated. Ken Norton, George Foreman, and Larry Holmes are all standing behind Ali and Frazier. Each boxer is clad in a sharp black and white tuxedo with a red, Everlast boxing glove draped over their shoulder. Frazier and Norton, who is wearing a Gold’s Gym cap, are shooting glances at Ali and Holmes respectively. Each fighter signed the poster in gold marker. Below all of the boxers is red text that reads “Champions Forever”. This poster comes with a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (A03290).
