Befitting of the Los Angeles Lakers 16th NBA title and fifth in 11 years, this monstrous 16K, 68.3-gram, size 11.5 Jason of Beverly Hills ring is one of the most elaborate in NBA Championship history. Dominated by the glittering presence of a multitude of approximately 150 diamonds, the Lakers team name logo is raised in gold above a basketball shaped cluster of diamonds held together by gold laces with a pair of gold Larry O’Brien NBA trophies representative of the team’s back-to-back 2009 and 2010 titles on each side. Sixteen larger diamonds encircle the remaining perimeter of the ring’s bezel in recognition of the Lakers’ 16 NBA titles. The year “2009” is embossed in black at the top of the right shank above the name “Donovan” which sits atop a gathering of engraved facsimile signatures of the Lakers 2009-2010 team with “Sweet Sixteen” engraved in black and gold at the bottom. The left shank contains “2010” embossed in black above the game scores of each post season series and a “2010 World Champions” NBA logo accompanied by the “83-79” final score of the championship-winning seventh game, with the Lakers “57-25” regular season record below. The ring is engraved with the manufacturer’s JBH-M094 on the upper interior band and is adorned with a piece of the actual ball used during the seventh game of the finals in a glass sealed window underneath its base. Ring remains in stellar condition and is contained in a black cardboard jewelry box with black velvet cushion interior mount.
