Encapsulated and assessed "Authentic" by PSA. Hall of Famer. PSA has holdered just ten copies of this fascinating and obscure "strip card" portrayal of Babe Ruth. This piece's anonymous manufacturer deserves credit for selecting and publishing a very pleasing, black-and-white photograph of the Yankees legend (as opposed to the crude, hand-drawn portrayals seen on many of the collectible's period "W"-card contemporaries). The hand-cut card concedes irregularity in its edge cuts, but retains a solid aesthetic while projecting abundant charismatic appeal.
