Later in his career, Cea managed Uruguay to success at the 1942 South American championship.

It measures 1.25 x .75 inches at its widest dimensions, and features a high relief etching of Estadio Centenario’s iconic Torre de Homenaje. Etched on the back of this historic medal is “Comision Administradora del Field Oficial” and “Jose Pedro Cea”. This stunning medal is in excellent condition.
