Presented is 48-card complete set of R131 Anonymous "Series of 48 - Western" non-sports cards issued in the 1930s. Numbered from 801 to 848, inclusive, this set features a number of "key" personalities, and its colorful, full-bleed obverse motif affords much more visual appeal than is sometimes seen within this popular hobby genre. Highlights include: #'s 801 Sitting Bull, 817 Geronimo, 833 Buffalo Bill, 845 Custer's Last Stand, 846 Davy Crockett and 848 Jesse James. Mostly VG/EX to EX (balance is lesser).
