Presented is a 32-piece complete set of R118 Dietz Gum "Presidents Play Bucks" non-sports cards plus three variations (Coolidger, Hoover and FDR). The hobby refers to this set as "Presidents Play Bucks" for obvious reasons, but the Dietz Gum Co. makers always called their product "President's Gum." The American Card Catalog lists the set as R118, and we can tell from the copyright date on each front that the set was produced in 1933, a year that corresponds with FDR's first term as President of the United States. These thin paper premiums were folded and inserted into their product wrappers. Grades 49% EX to NM, 51% VG to VG/EX (one lesser).
