Offered here is a 1943-44 Philadelphia Athletics road jersey. This button-down flannel jersey has the letter “A” sewn on the upper left chest in blue and white felt. Blue piping runs around the collar and down both sides of the buttons. This size 44 jersey has “44” and “ ‘4” embroidered in red on the bottom front left tail. The back of the jersey has the number “1” sewn on in blue and white felt. In 1943 and 1944, the number “1” was worn by Joyner “Jo-Jo” White. In 1945 the number "1" was worn by Hal Peck and in 1946 was worn by Ford Garrison. This jersey displays outstanding game use with dirt stains and age wear. This jersey comes with a LOA from 100% Authentic.
