Offered in this lot is a ticket from Hank Aaron’s debut game and a ticket from Willie Mays’ second career MLB game. The Aaron ticket is from April 13th of 1954, when the Reds played the Milwaukee Braves at Crosley Field. Aaron went 0-5 in this game, a 9-8 victory for the Reds. This ticket stub has been encapsulated and authenticated by PSA (26137609). The second ticket in this lot is from the Philadelphia Phillies and New York Giants game on May 26th, 1951. This was Willie Mays’ second of 2,992 career games and a 2-0 Giants victory at Shibe Park. Mays went 0-3 in this game, although he did draw two walks. This ticket has been encapsulated and graded an EX-MT 6(MK) by PSA (22877066). “2-0 Giants” is written on the reverse side of this ticket in gray pencil.
